01
How are deposits and balance payments arranged for container-house orders?
Payment milestones depend on order value, production schedule and the sales contract. They may include a deposit and balance before shipment, or another agreed arrangement. Amounts, timing and any inspection or dispatch conditions must be set out in the signed terms.

02
How can buyers verify bank details before making an international transfer?
Cross-check beneficiary details against the signed contract, formal payment instructions and verified company contacts. If an email requests a last-minute change of bank account, confirm it through an independent telephone number or another previously verified channel to reduce fraud risk.

03
Can payments for a cleanroom project be linked to milestones?
Milestone payments may be negotiated around manufacturing, shipment or contracted construction activities. Required documents, acceptance conditions and responsibilities at each stage should be specified in the contract. Material delivery and full site acceptance are separate matters.

04
Who pays exchange-rate differences and international bank charges?
The quotation currency, exchange-rate treatment, remittance charges and intermediary-bank deductions should be agreed in advance. Both parties should verify the received amount and payment evidence to prevent delays caused by unclear fee allocation.
