What can be included in a complete cleanroom material quotation?
A material package may include wall and ceiling panels, profiles, coves, doors, vision windows and specified accessories. Whether FFUs, HVAC systems, site installation or commissioning are included must be clearly listed in the quotation and contract.

Are cleanroom panels usually quoted by square meter?
Panels are often priced by area, but cost also depends on core, thickness, facings, fabrication, quantity and packing or shipping requirements. Special pieces, trims, doors, windows and installation work may be quoted separately.

Will design changes after drawing approval affect the price?
They may. Changes to doors, partitions, equipment or material grades can affect quantities, manufacturing steps and lead times. We recommend documenting and approving variations before implementation to avoid unagreed costs.

How long is a container-house quotation valid?
Validity depends on material costs, exchange rates, freight and confirmation of specifications. Please refer to the period stated in the formal quotation. A revised quotation may be required after expiry or when technical requirements change.

Is tiered pricing available for bulk container-house orders?
Volume-based quotations may be considered according to model quantity, configuration consistency, production scheduling and loading efficiency. Any price tiers and quantity thresholds must be stated in the formal quotation; different models cannot automatically be combined into one tier.
